Return Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of package delivery.  We are not able to issue returns or refunds after 7 days of delivery date.

We encourage customers to inspect their package contents upon delivery and to report any flaws prior to washing. Then email as quickly as possible to ensure you are covered within our 7 day claim window. 

All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.  Fabrics that are cut, washed or altered in any way that is deemed as an un-sellable condition are not eligible for a return.

Sale, clearance, remnants, flawed and non-flawed mystery packs are not eligible for returns. Colors vary on browsers and we encourage a swatch request of fabric before ordering a large volume.We do not consider color variation from website to in person as a flaw. If the color does not work for you, we accept returns- return shipping and 15% restock applies.

If you wish to proceed with a return, you will be responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  Any return requests must be made within 7 days of package delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return.
