DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
We have a 7 day return policy. Returns are accepted All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Fabrics that are cut, washed or altered in any way that is deemed as an un-sellable condition are not eligible for a return.
Sale, clearance, remnants, flawed and non-flawed mystery packs are not eligible for returns. If you wish to proceed with a return, you will be responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Any return requests must be made within 7 days of package delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Orders shipped to California addresses or orders that are picked up in-store are subject to California sales tax. Orders shipped out of state or internationally do not incur any sales tax.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU’RE SHORT OR OUT OF STOCK OF A FABRIC I ORDERED?
We do our best to keep stock up to date online, but sometimes items sell out before we can process your order. If an item is out of stock, flawed, or the amount is short, we will contact you with email address you provided and ask how would like to proceed.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No-We currently ship to all US states, territories, and overseas military addresses.
HOW DOES LOCAL PICKUP WORK?
Select “Local Pickup” and you may pick up from our sister store LA FINCH FABRICS. We are located in Los Alamitos, Ca. Please note, we do not carry all the inventory available on Josie’s Fabrics Deals in store and it can take 3 to 5 business days for us to process and cut your order.
